Ingredients
- gelatin-25gms
- sugar-250gms
- water-300ml
- liquid glucose-1 tsp
- orange emulsion or any other flavour-1/2 tsp
Method
- dissolve gelatin in 150 ml water,double boil and cool.
- dissolve sugar in 150ml water ,cook with liquid glucose,till it reaches to "fondant stage".
- add cooled gelatin ,cook for a while.
- add emulsion,mix,pour to a greased tin.
- let it set outside.
- cut into pieces roll in sugar.
- keep in fridge for 1 hour and use.
