1. gelatin-25gms
  2. sugar-250gms
  3. water-300ml
  4. liquid glucose-1 tsp
  5. orange emulsion or any other flavour-1/2 tsp


  1. dissolve gelatin in 150 ml water,double boil and cool.
  2. dissolve sugar in 150ml water ,cook with liquid glucose,till it reaches to "fondant stage".
  3. add cooled gelatin ,cook for a while.
  4. add emulsion,mix,pour to a greased tin.
  5. let it set outside.
  6. cut into pieces roll in sugar.
  7. keep in fridge for 1 hour and use.
