Yelluondae

ingredients

  1. nylon yellu(til seeds)or black yellu-1 cup
  2. jaggery powdered- 1cup
  3. kobbari-1/2 cup
  4. ellakki powder-a pinch

method

  1. dry roast till seeds til golden brown
  2. add jaggery and .add rest of the things ,mix well ,shape into balls.

variation

same method for" kadale bijada oondae"*(ground nut)
roast and dehusk ground nuts ,and pound it coarsely rest of the method is same.
