Vegetable Noodles
ingredients
- noodles-2 cups
- white pepper powder-1 tsp
- soya sauce-1 tsp
- tomato sauce-2 tsps
- ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- green chillies-2 finely chopped
- salt to taste
- oil-2 tblsp
vegetables
- onion-1
- carrot-1
- capsicum-1
- cabbage-1 cup
- spring onion-few
method
- boil noodles in lots of water for 3 minutes with salt and oil
- when noodles are soft drain off water,wash under cold running water,apply 2 tblsp of oil and keep
- heat oil in a kadai add onion,ginger garlic paste,green chillies and fry
- add vegetables and fry for a while
- add pepper powder salt,fry
- add noodles stirr well with 2 laddles
- finally add soya and tomato sauces mix well serve hotl
