Vegetable Cutlet
ingredients
- aloo-4 to 5
- onions-2
- carrot-1/4 cup
- beans-1/4 cup
- green peas-1/4 cup
- cabbage-1/4 cup
- capsicum-1/4 cup
- red chilli powder-2 tsp
- garam masala powder-1 tsp
- salt to taste
- bread or rusk powder-1 cup
- corn flour or maida-2 tblsp
- oil-for frying
method
- cut all the vegetables finely
- pressure cook aloo,and steam all other vegetables
- peel skin from aloo,and mash it
- mix aloo with other vegetables mash slightly
- mix salt ,red chilli,garam masala powders
- mix maida or corn flour with little water and make into paste
- make medium sized balls from vegetables,flatten them,dip it in maida paste,and roll on bread or rusk powder
- heat a tava and arrange few cutlets on it
- pour oil around and fry till brown on both sides
- serve hot with ketchup
