Vegetable Corn Soup


  1. corn flour-1/4 cup
  2. spring onion-2 tblsp(finely chopped)
  3. carrot-2 tblsp(grated)
  4. corn-2 tblsp
  5. cabbage-2 tblsp
  6. beans-2 tblsp
  7. soya sauce-3/4 tsp
  8. pepper powder-1 tsp or to taste
  9. salt to taste
  10. sugar-1 tsp
  11. ghee-2 tblsp


  1. cut all the vegetables into small pieces or grate them
  2. mix corn flour with water
  3. heat ghee fry all vegetables for 2 to 3 mins
  4. add enough water ,salt,soya sauce,sugar,corn flour mix
  5. cook gently add water if needed till you get soup consistency
  6. boil add pepper powder and serve hot
