  1. red chilles(byadagi)-1/4 kg
  2. menthya seed-1 handfull
  3. sasivae-1 tblsp
  4. hing-a little


  1. fry menthya seeds,sasivae,hing till menthya gets brown colour or till done
  2. fry red chilles adding a tablespoon of oil
  3. powder all the things together in a mixy


this powder can be used for lemon pickle,heralae kayi,hagala kayi,ginger,green pepper corns ,mangai shunti or mix of all .
