ingredients
- red chilles(byadagi)-1/4 kg
- menthya seed-1 handfull
- sasivae-1 tblsp
- hing-a little
method
- fry menthya seeds,sasivae,hing till menthya gets brown colour or till done
- fry red chilles adding a tablespoon of oil
- powder all the things together in a mixy
note
this powder can be used for lemon pickle,heralae kayi,hagala kayi,ginger,green pepper corns ,mangai shunti or mix of all .
