Tender coconut pudding

Ingredients

  1. tender coconut water(yelniru or nariyal pani)-1
  2. inside part of tender coconut(inside scrapings)
  3. tatinigu pieces-few
  4. gelatin-1 tblsp
  5. condensed milk-1/2 tin
  6. red grapes or cherry-for decoration

Method

  1. add enough water to gelatin,double boil it
  2. to the coconut water add condensed milk,beat well
  3. add cooled gelatin,beat well
  4. add coconut pieces,tatiningu pieces mix well
  5. transfer to a pudding bowl,set in freezer for 1 hour or till set
  6. decorate with grapes or cherry
  7. transfer to fridge
