Tender coconut pudding
Ingredients
- tender coconut water(yelniru or nariyal pani)-1
- inside part of tender coconut(inside scrapings)
- tatinigu pieces-few
- gelatin-1 tblsp
- condensed milk-1/2 tin
- red grapes or cherry-for decoration
Method
- add enough water to gelatin,double boil it
- to the coconut water add condensed milk,beat well
- add cooled gelatin,beat well
- add coconut pieces,tatiningu pieces mix well
- transfer to a pudding bowl,set in freezer for 1 hour or till set
- decorate with grapes or cherry
- transfer to fridge
