tender coconut drink
INGREDIENTS
- tender coconut pieces-1/2 cup
- orange juice or squash-2 tblsp
- fine sugar- 4 tblsp
- tender coconut water(yelniru)-1 cup
- chilled water- 1 cup or more
- blend coconut pieces(ganji)
METHOD
- blend coconut pieces,sugar,tender coconut water well ,in a mixie.(it will become thick white coconut sauce}
SERVING
- pour 1 or 2 tblsp pf orange juice or squash(can add orange and grape wine also) in a glass.drops of lemon juice ,a little chilled water(if needed)
- top it with coconut sauce and ice cubes
NOTE
- can make use of strawberry or pineapple juice instead of orange
