sukha dhal
Ingredients
- channa dhal-1 cup
- red chillies-4
- onion finely chopped-1
- jeera seeds-1 tsp
- curry leaves-few
- oil-2 tblsp
- salt-to taste
- 2 red chillies
- lemon juice-1 tblsp
Method
- boil dhal with just enough water to cook
- roughly grind onion with 4 red chillies.
- heat oil in a kadai,add jeera seeds,2-red chillies,curry leaves,saute for a while,
- add the ground paste,and fry well.
- add cooked dhal,salt,stir ,cook for a while.
- add fresh corriander leaves and lemon juice.
