strawberry pudding

INGREDIENTS

  1. strawberry or rasberry or cherry jelly-1packet(80 gms)
  2. sugar-4 tblsp
  3. fresh strawberries(or nuts)-few
  4. gelatin-1 tblsp
  5. vanilla or stawberry ice cream-200 ml
  6. fresh cream-1 cup

METHOD

  1. double boil gelatin in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water.
  2. boil 2 cups of water,4 tblsp of sugar and prepared gelatin,jelly powder cook for a while.(nearly 2 to 3 minutes)
  3. grease the ring mould pour 1/4 cup of the jelly mix cool and set in freezer(for 1/2 hour to 1 hour)
  4. remaining 3/4 jelly mix ,spread in a flat plate,set it partially,take out ,beat well with vanilla ice-cream ,
  5. add 1 cup whipped cream .
  6. pour this on already set ring mould
  7. while serving un mould ,garnish with strawberry fruits or cherry fruits and nuts
