rum and raisins chocolate


  1. milk or dark chocolate
  2. raisins-25 gms


  1. soak 25gms raisins in rum for 6 days.
  2. pour a spoon of melted chocolate in a mould and tap it.
  3. place one or two raisins.
  4. cover again with melted chocolate tap it ,freeze it for 10 minutes.
  5. unmould ,wrap it with colour paper,keep it in air tight box.
