rose lassi

INGREDIENTS

  1. thick curds-1/2 litre
  2. sugar-4 tblsp
  3. rose water or syrup-2 tblsp
  4. water-1 cup
  5. chilled milk-1/2 cup
  6. cochineal colour-a drop
  7. fresh cream-2 tblsp
  8. khova-2 tblsp

METHOD

  1. blend all the above ingredients in a mixie or hand blender
  2. serve in tall glasses.
