Ravae Payasa
ingredients
- chirroti ravae(fine rawa)-2 tblsp
- milk-1 cup
- water-1cup
- ghee-1 tblsp
- drakshi(raisins)-1 tblsp
- godambi(cashew nut)-1 tblsp
- ellakki(cardamom)powder-1 pinch
- kesari-1 pinch
method
- fry drakshi, godambi in ghee in a kadai take out
- fry rawa adding 1tsp of ghee till light brown in the same kadai
- add water let rawa boil in it add milk
- when rawa is soft add kesari. boil on low flame
- add ellakki powder,fried godambi,drakshi
