Ravae Payasa

ingredients

  1. chirroti ravae(fine rawa)-2 tblsp
  1. milk-1 cup
  2. water-1cup
  3. ghee-1 tblsp
  4. drakshi(raisins)-1 tblsp
  5. godambi(cashew nut)-1 tblsp
  6. ellakki(cardamom)powder-1 pinch
  7. kesari-1 pinch

method

  1. fry drakshi, godambi in ghee in a kadai take out
  2. fry rawa adding 1tsp of ghee till light brown in the same kadai
  3. add water let rawa boil in it add milk
  4. when rawa is soft add kesari. boil on low flame
  5. add ellakki powder,fried godambi,drakshi
