orange mousse
INGREDIENTS
- milk maid-200gms
- orange or any other light juice(mango,pineapple,pappaya,grapes)-2 cups
- gelatine-2 tblsp
- mixed nuts-100gms
- vanilla essence-1 tsp
- few orange segments
METHOD
- double boil sugar ,in 1/2 cup water ,cool ,add orange juice
- add milk maid,essence ,beat well
- transfer to a pudding mould,freeze it for 1 hour
- decorate with nuts and orange segments
- transfer to fridge
- can serve with thickfresh whipped cream using "icing gun"
