orange cookies

Ingredients

1. maida-120 gms(1 cup full)
2. powdered sugar-115 gms (3/4 cup+1 tblsp)
3. dalda-115 gms(1/2 cup+1 tblsp)
4. egg or milk as required
5. orange colour +essence-1/2 tsp
6. baking powder-1/2 tsp
7. milk for coating

Method

1. sieve maida twice with baking powder
2. cream dalda with sugar with colour and essence
3. add maida ,make into a dough with milk
4. roll into 1/8" thickness.
5. coat each cookies with milk (to the milk add colour and essence).
6. prick the cookies with fork.
7. bake in a pre heated oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 180*c

note

1. can use other colour and essences for variation
