Nimbae Lemon Panaka

Ingredients

  1. lemon -1
  2. sugar-2 to 3 tsp(or to taste)
  3. salt-a pinch
  4. ellakki powder(cardamom)-a pinch
  5. water-2 cups
  6. kesari -a strand

Method

  1. cut the lemon into halves and squeeze the juice,strain and remove seeds
  2. add sugar mix well till sugar dissolves.
  3. add all the other ingredients ,mix well and serve.
