Menasina Pudi (Rasam Powder)


  1. dhania (corriander seeds)-8 cups
  2. red chilles-1/4 kg
  3. jeerigae-1cup
  4. menthya-1/2 cup
  5. sasivae-1tsp
  6. black pepper-1 tsp
  7. ssp special hing-2 granules
  8. curry leaves-3 cups


1 cup—100 gms


  1. in a kadai fry jeerigae,menthya,sasivae,black pepper,hing on slow flame with out adding oil
  2. then fry dhania
  3. fry red chilles adding 2 tblsp of oil
  4. fry curry leaves
  5. powder everything in a mixy
  6. store the powder in a air tight box
