Masala Puri
ingredients
- boiled peas-1 cup
- finely cut onions-1/2 cup
- grated carrot-1/2 cup
- finely cut tomatoes-1/2 cup
- finely chooped corriander leaves- 1/4 cup
- green and sweet chutney-to taste
- crushed puri pieces-few
- sev-a little
for masala
- fresh grated coconut,-1 tblsp
- huri gadale-1/2 tblsp
- green chilles-3 to 4
- gas gase-little
- elakki-2
- dalchini-1 piece
- jai kayi -little
- japatre-little
- maratta moggu,jeera,black pepper ,corriander seeds-few
- pudina leavesgarlic,ginger,-to taste
- salt-to taste
method
- grind all the ingredients for masala
- heat little oil in a kadai ,add the ground masala ,fry well let it boil ,while boiling add 2 tsp of besan(kadale hittu)
to serve
- take boiled peas in a plate,and add a laddle full of boiling masala or to your taste and add both the chutneys,crushed puris,tomatoes,onion,carrot grated,sev ,corriander leaves over that serve immediately
