mango delite

INGREDIENTS

  1. mango pulp-1 cup
  2. sugar-1 cup or more as required
  3. whipped cream-1 cup
  4. gelatin-2 tblsp
  5. thick milk-2 cups
  6. vanilla custard powder-2 tblsp
  7. mixed nuts
  8. mango pieces

METHOD

  1. boil milk in a pan or kadai,,add sugar custard powder(mixed in milk),cook for a while.
  2. double boil gelatin in 1/2 cup water,add prepared gelatin to above mix ,mix well and cool.
  3. add whipped cream,mango pulp,transfer to a pudding bowl
  4. set in freezer till well set
  5. garnish with nuts and mango pieces.
