Majjige Huli
Ingredients
- kadale belle-2 tblsp (soak in water for 1 hr)
- fresh grated coconut-1/4 cup
- green chilles-5 to 6
- jeerigae-1 tblsp
- dhaniya - 1/2 tblsp
- pepper corn - 3
- haldi-1/2 tsp
- curd-3 to 4 cups
- vegetables that can be used
- soppu
- aloo
- hurali kayi
- kumbala kayi (ash gourd)
- gori kayi
- tondae kayi
- cucumber
- can add fried bendae kayi
Method
wash and cut vegetables,boil it
- grind the ingredients except curd and vegetables
- take boiled vegetable ,ground paste in a kadai, add salt
- add curd and boil well(can add little water if necessary)
- add curry leaves , also.
- heat ghee in a oggarane spoon add, sasivae and jeera after it splutters pour over majjige huli
