Kosumbari
ingredients
- hesaru belle or kadale belle-1/2 cup
- green chilles-3 to 4
- fresh grated coconut-2 to 4 tblsp
- lemon -1
- cucumber or carrot or mavina kayi-finely cut-1 cup
- corriander leaves-few -finely cut
- salt-to taste
seasoning
- oil-2 tsp
- sasivae-1 tsp
- hing-1 pinch
method
- wash and soak the belle in water for 1 hour
- drain water completely.
- heat oil in a oggarane spoon,add sasivae,finely cut green chilles.
- add coconut,salt,corriander leaves,cucumber to the belle
- add hing ,pour oggarane to the above belle
- add lemon juice
- mix well with hand.
note
if you add mavina kayi pieces no need to add lemon juice
