Kobbari Mitayi
ingredients
- fresh grated coconut-2 cups
- sugar-1 1/2 cups
- ghee-3 tblsps
- ellakki powder-1 tsp
- kesari-a pinch
method
- mix coconut and sugar and heat it in a heavy bottomed kadai
- add rest of the things
- keep stirring till it becomes white,frothy and leaves the sides of the kadai
- remove from fire and pour over a greased tray.
- cut into pieces after 2 minutes when it is still warm.
