Kobbari Biscuit


  1. maida-2 cup
  2. powdered sugar-1/2 cup
  3. finely grated kobbari(copra) or dessicated coconut-1 cup
  4. dalda -1/2 cup
  5. sugar-2 tsp


  1. cream dalda and sugar.
  2. mix all the ingredients together and mix well to a soft dough
  3. make a balls out of the dough and flatten it
  4. make all the biscuits
  5. arrange on a greased tray and bake in an oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 120*c
