Khara Biscuit


  1. maida-2 cup
  2. dalda-1 cup
  3. sugar powdered-1tblsp
  4. salt-1 tsp or to taste
  5. baking powder-1 tsp
  6. green chilles-8 to 10
  7. ginger grated-2'' piece
  8. curry and corriander leaves-a little each
  9. curd-or milk as requird


  1. sieve the maida with salt and baking powder .
  2. make the paste with green chilles,ginger,curry and corriander leaves.
  3. cream the dalda and sugar,add the above paste,mix in the maida flour ,curd
  4. and knead everything into a stiff dough
  5. roll to 1/4" thickness ,and cut in a biscuit cutter
  6. arrange on a greased tray,and bake in a oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 180*c.
