Katt saaru
Ingredients
- togaribelle(toovar dhal)-1cup-boiled in pressure cooker
- menasu(black pepper)powder-1tblsp
- jeera powder-1/2 tsp
- corriander powder-1/2tsp
- ghee -1 tblsp
- curry leaves-few
-corriander leaves-few
- ginger grated-1 tsp
Method
- in a kadai heat ghee ,add jeera powder,pepper,corriander powder
- add boiled belle, (belle should be mashed well )curry leaves,salt,ginger
- add water boil well then add corriander leaves
