Coconut (Kaai) chutney
Ingredients
- coconut-1cup
- corriander leaves-1cup
- curry leaves-few
- green chiiles-4 to 5
- tamarind-1/4 lemon size
- hurigadale-2 tblsp
- salt to taste
seasoning
- ghee or oil-2 tsp
- sasivae-1tsp
- menthya-1tsp
- hing-a pinch
Method
- grind all the ingredients
- heat ghee in a oggarane spoon add sasivae menthya hing
- pour over chutney
