Irish delite


  1. orange juice(fresh or tetra pack)-2 cups
  2. powdered sugar-10 tblsp
  3. fresh cream -200 to 250 ml
  4. icing sugar-2 tblsp
  5. gelatine-5 tsp
  6. water-1/2 cup
  7. cake crumbs-2 cup(sponge cake)
  8. cashew nuts-50 to 100 gms(or assorted )
  9. marie biscuits crumbs-1 cup
  10. orange emulision-1 tsp


  1. double boil gelatine in 1/2 cup water and cool
  2. whip cream lightly with 2 tblsp icing sugar
  3. mix rest of the ingredients in a bowl,add gelatine ,cream mix lightly,transfer to a pudding bowl.
  4. keep in freezer to set,later shift to fridge.
  5. decorate with whipped cream and orange segments.


  1. can use pineapple,mango,grapes,or any light juice.
