Irish delite
INGREDIENTS
- orange juice(fresh or tetra pack)-2 cups
- powdered sugar-10 tblsp
- fresh cream -200 to 250 ml
- icing sugar-2 tblsp
- gelatine-5 tsp
- water-1/2 cup
- cake crumbs-2 cup(sponge cake)
- cashew nuts-50 to 100 gms(or assorted )
- marie biscuits crumbs-1 cup
- orange emulision-1 tsp
METHOD
- double boil gelatine in 1/2 cup water and cool
- whip cream lightly with 2 tblsp icing sugar
- mix rest of the ingredients in a bowl,add gelatine ,cream mix lightly,transfer to a pudding bowl.
- keep in freezer to set,later shift to fridge.
- decorate with whipped cream and orange segments.
VARIATIONS
- can use pineapple,mango,grapes,or any light juice.
