Ice candy

Ingredients

  1. water-1 cup
  2. sugar-3/4 cup
  3. any fruit juice-1/2 cup
  4. GMS and Cmc paste with 1/4 tsp each in 1/4 cup water,
  5. colour,-
  6. liquid glucose-1 tblsp
  7. vanilla essence as required

Method

  1. cook GMS and CMC in 1/4 cup water cool.
  2. mix water,sugar,liquid glucose,colour,and cook it.
  3. add GMS and CMC paste,cook for a while and cool.completly.
  4. add fruit juice mix well,pour into kulfi moulds,and freeze till well set.

variation

mango,grapes,orange,lemon,pineapple.
