Ice candy
Ingredients
- water-1 cup
- sugar-3/4 cup
- any fruit juice-1/2 cup
- GMS and Cmc paste with 1/4 tsp each in 1/4 cup water,
- colour,-
- liquid glucose-1 tblsp
- vanilla essence as required
Method
- cook GMS and CMC in 1/4 cup water cool.
- mix water,sugar,liquid glucose,colour,and cook it.
- add GMS and CMC paste,cook for a while and cool.completly.
- add fruit juice mix well,pour into kulfi moulds,and freeze till well set.
variation
mango,grapes,orange,lemon,pineapple.
