Ingredients
- hunase hannu(tamarind)-lemon sized soaked
- black pepper powder-1 tblsp
- bella(jagerry)-2 lemon sized
- jeera-1/2 tsp
- red chilles-2 whole
- salt
- curry leaves-few
- corriander leaves-few
- ghee-1tblsp
Method
#in a kadai,take ghee,add jeera pepper powder.red chilles,curry leaves let jeera splutter
- in a low flame or(take out from gas)add tamarind juice,bella,salt.
- add enough water boil well
- add corriander leaves
