HuNse saaru


  1. hunase hannu(tamarind)-lemon sized soaked in 1/2 cup water.
  2. black pepper powder-1 tblsp
  3. bella(jagerry)-2 lemon sized
  4. jeera-1/2 tsp
  5. red chilles-2 whole
  6. salt -to taste.
  7. curry leaves-few
  8. corriander leaves-few
  9. ghee-1tblsp


  1. in a kadai,take ghee,add jeera pepper chilles,curry leaves let jeera splutter
  2. in a low flame or(take out from gas)add tamarind juice,bella,salt.
  3. add enough water boil well .
  4. add corriander leaves
