hot and sour soup with vegetables
INGREDIENTS
- water-5 cups
- vegetables( cabbage,carrot,onions,spring onions)
- super seasoning cubes-1(maggie cubes)
- ajinomotto-1/2 tsp
- garlic chilli paste-2 tsp
- corn flour-1 tblsp
- lime-1 (lemon fruit)
- corriander leaves or parseley-1 tblsp
- salt-1 1/2 tsp
- pepper powder-1 tsp
METHOD
- boil maggie cubes with 5 cups of water.
- add shredded vegetables
- boil for 2 minutes
- add garlic chilli paste,boil for a while.
- dissolve corn flour in 1 cup of water ,add to the above soup
- add salt and pepper powder,ajjinomotto boil for a while
- take out add lemon juice.
- sprinkle corriander leaves
GARLIC CHILLI PASTE
- red chillies-25 to 30(bydagi chillies)
- vinegar-1/2 cup
- garlic flakes-28
METHOD
- soak all the above over night and grind to a paste.
