Home made chocolates

Basic method

Ingredients

1. Dark chocolate-250gms
2. milk chocolate-250gms

Method

1. Double boil both separetly with covered lid for 5 to 10 minutes {in gas stove}or micro wave for 2 to 3 minutes in an open container
2. Take out,stir well,till glossy.
3. Mix both well .use as required

oil based chocolates

1. orange,mint(to milk chocolate),lemon,vanilla,rum,whisky,butter scotch etc .
2. to the melted chocolate add above few drops of essences.
