Hesaru Belle Payasa


  1. hesaru belle(moong dhal)-1 cup
  1. bella(jagerry)-11/4 cup
  2. coconut-1/2 cup
  3. godambi(cashew nut)-10
  4. badami-5
  5. kesari-1 pinch
  6. lavanga-1
  7. ellakki(cardamom)powder-1pinch


  1. fry hesaru belle in a kadai till golden brown
  2. then boil hesaru belle in cooker
  3. grind coconut,badam,godambi,without adding water.
  4. in a kadai add water to bella boil it
  5. add boiled belle,coconut paste,kesari, boil adding water till you get payasa consistency
  6. add ellaki powder


can do it with

  1. kadale belle(channa dhal)
  2. togari belle(tuvar dhal)

no need to fry above belles
