Herbal kashaya
INGREDIENTS
- wheat-500gms
- ragi-25 gms
- green gram(hesaru kallu)-125 gms
- dhania seeds(corriander seeds)-75 gms
- jeera seeds-50 gms
- black pepper-1 or 2 tblsp
- cloves-4
- cardamom-4
- neagina mullu-50 gms
- naga kesari-50 gms
METHOD
- dry roast each ingredients separetely or micro wave each seperately.
- dry grind in a mixie to a fine powder
- boil one glass or cup of water with 2 tsps of jaggery
- add 1 tsp of above powder and boil for 5 minutes in low flame
- add 2 to 3 tblsp of milk
- filter it and drink hot or cold.
