Herbal kashaya

INGREDIENTS

  1. wheat-500gms
  2. ragi-25 gms
  3. green gram(hesaru kallu)-125 gms
  4. dhania seeds(corriander seeds)-75 gms
  5. jeera seeds-50 gms
  6. black pepper-1 or 2 tblsp
  7. cloves-4
  8. cardamom-4
  9. neagina mullu-50 gms
  10. naga kesari-50 gms

METHOD

  1. dry roast each ingredients separetely or micro wave each seperately.
  2. dry grind in a mixie to a fine powder
  3. boil one glass or cup of water with 2 tsps of jaggery
  4. add 1 tsp of above powder and boil for 5 minutes in low flame
  5. add 2 to 3 tblsp of milk
  6. filter it and drink hot or cold.
