Godambi Burfi
ingredients
- godambi (cashew nuts)powdered-1 cup
- fresh grated coconut-1 cup
- sugar-1 3/4 cup
- ghee-1 1/2 cup
- kesari-1 pinch
- ellakki powder-1 tsp
method
- mix all the ingredients together in a heavy bottomed kadai and place on the fire
- stir till it leaves the sides of the kadai(ball consistency is reached)
- remove from fire and pour on a greased tray
- cut after few minutes when it is still warm
