fruit cheese cake
INGREDIENTS
- marie biscuit powder-1 cup
- cashew nuts or walnuts-100gms
- melted butter-100gms
- milk-1/2 cup
FILLING
- paneer or hung curd(out of 1 litre curds)-200gms
- whipped fresh cream-1 cup
- powdered sugar-4 to 6 tblsp
- few -cherries for decorations
- pineapple or mango pieces -for decoration
- gelatin-1 1/2 tblsp
- mango pulp(tinned or fresh mango)-1/2 cup
METHOD
- double boil gelatin in 1/4 cup water and cool.
- FOR BASE-melt butter and add marie biscuit-(it should have loose consistency,add milk to get loose consistency)
- press into the loose ring mould.
- keep in fridge to set (semi set-for 1/2 hour)
- crumble paneer ,
- blend hung curd or paneer ,mango pulp with half the quantity of gelatin.(in mixy or blender ,just for few seconds)
- take out ans add half of whipped cream also ,fold slowly
- add chopped fruits and nuts,mix lightly
- pour this on biscuit layer
- set in fridge
- for remaining cream add remaining gelatin ,whip till thick
- take out the set cake-pour above cream
- decorate with cherries,pineapple or mango pieces and keep in fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
