fruit cheese cake


  1. marie biscuit powder-1 cup
  2. cashew nuts or walnuts-100gms
  3. melted butter-100gms
  4. milk-1/2 cup


  1. paneer or hung curd(out of 1 litre curds)-200gms
  2. whipped fresh cream-1 cup
  3. powdered sugar-4 to 6 tblsp
  4. few -cherries for decorations
  5. pineapple or mango pieces -for decoration
  6. gelatin-1 1/2 tblsp
  7. mango pulp(tinned or fresh mango)-1/2 cup


  1. double boil gelatin in 1/4 cup water and cool.
  2. FOR BASE-melt butter and add marie biscuit-(it should have loose consistency,add milk to get loose consistency)
  3. press into the loose ring mould.
  4. keep in fridge to set (semi set-for 1/2 hour)
  5. crumble paneer ,
  6. blend hung curd or paneer ,mango pulp with half the quantity of gelatin.(in mixy or blender ,just for few seconds)
  7. take out ans add half of whipped cream also ,fold slowly
  8. add chopped fruits and nuts,mix lightly
  9. pour this on biscuit layer
  10. set in fridge
  11. for remaining cream add remaining gelatin ,whip till thick
  12. take out the set cake-pour above cream
  13. decorate with cherries,pineapple or mango pieces and keep in fridge for 1 or 2 hours.
