INGREDIENTS

  1. red sugar candy(red kallu sakkare)-50 gms
  2. water-1 1/2 cups
  3. fennel(saunf or sompu)-1 tblsp
  4. rose water-1 tblsp(optional)

METHOD

  1. dry roast fennel
  2. coarsely grind fennel
  3. boil with water,along with crushed kallu sakkare.
  4. boil well ,take out and cool
  5. filter and add rose water and mix well
  6. serve chilled or as it is.
