cutlet

INGREDIENTS

  1. potato{aloo}-3
  2. green peas-100gms
  3. carrot-1
  4. beans-10 to 12
  5. ginger-grated-1 tsp
  6. green chillies(chooped finely)-10
  7. fresh corriander leaves-to taste
  8. mint leaves-few
  9. jeera seeds- 1/2 tsp
  10. salt-to taste
  11. oil-2 tblsp
  12. bread crumbs-1 cup

FOR CONTINENTAL FLAVOUR

  1. tomato sauce-2 tblsp
  2. red chilli sauce-1 tblsp
  3. worcertershire sauce-2 tblsp
  4. yellow mustard powder-1/2 tsp

MAIDA BATTER

  1. take 2 tblsp of maida,mix in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water,adding a pinch of salt,mix well .the batter should be little watery.

METHOD

  1. cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker ,and mash well.
  2. chop or cut the carrot and beans into small pieces,cook together ,drain water completly.
  3. chop mint and corriander leaves finely
  4. Heat in a pan or kadai, pour 2 tblsp oil,add jeera seeds,add all the cooked vegetables,green chillies,ginger,mint and corriander leaves,and all sauces along with mustard powder.
  5. cook till dry ,add 1/4 cup bread crumbs,mix well and keep aside to cool.
  6. make small balls,give cutlet shape,dip in maida batter,roll in bread crumbs,
  7. keep in fridge for 30 mins for better results
  8. deey fry or shallow fry in high flame
  9. serve hot with tomato sauce and salads
