Custard Halva


  1. milk-3 cups
  2. vanilla custard powder-2 tblsps heaped
  3. sugar-1/4 cup
  4. ghee-1 tsp
  5. drakshi and godambi-1 tblsp


  1. mix custard powder in milk,add sugar in a vessel or kadai,keep on fire
  2. reduce the flame
  3. keep on stirring till it becomes thick,little transparent and shiny
  4. add fried drakshi and godambi
  5. remove from fire and pour on greased plate and decorate with nuts and cut into pieces.
