cream of sweet corn soup
INGREDIENTS
- water-6 cups
- maggie veg cubes-1 or 2
- sweet corn tin-1
- white or black pepper powder-1/2 tsp(or to taste)
- cornflour-3 tblsp
- ajinomotto (or ordinary )salt-1/2 tsp
- mixed finely chopped vegetables(carrot,peas,beans,cauliflower)-1 cup
METHOD
- make the stock with maggie cubes and water
- boil the stock with sweet corn for 10 miutes
- add pepper powder and salt
- dissolve cornflour in 1/2 cup water and add to the above soup,boil well
- add 1/4 cup chopped spring onions,capsicum,1/4 cup milk and serve
