cold tea or tea punch
INGREDIENTS
- tea powder-1 or 2 tblsp
- sugar-1 to 4 tblsp
- water-1 cup
METHOD
- boil tea powder and sugar in water in slow flame for 5 minutes.
- to the above add 5 cups of water ,close and keep aside for 30 minutes with covered lid.
- strain and keep in fridge for 1 hour.
TO SERVE FOR 1 CUP
- take 1 cup above diluted tea and add 1/4 cup orange juice,1/4 cup pineapple juice
- beat well with a beater
- serve in a tall glass with crushed ice and mint leaves.
