cold tea or tea punch

INGREDIENTS

  1. tea powder-1 or 2 tblsp
  2. sugar-1 to 4 tblsp
  3. water-1 cup

METHOD

  1. boil tea powder and sugar in water in slow flame for 5 minutes.
  2. to the above add 5 cups of water ,close and keep aside for 30 minutes with covered lid.
  3. strain and keep in fridge for 1 hour.

TO SERVE FOR 1 CUP

  1. take 1 cup above diluted tea and add 1/4 cup orange juice,1/4 cup pineapple juice
  2. beat well with a beater
  3. serve in a tall glass with crushed ice and mint leaves.
