cold cocktail tea

INGREDIENTS

1. water-1 cup
2. tea powder-3 tblsp

METHOD

1. boil tea powder along with water well,strain add 5 cups of water ,mix well ,chill it .

ONE CUP SERVING

1. take half cup diluted tea,1/2 cup diluted strawberry syrup,add powdered fine sugar as required ,mix well.
2. serve in tall glass with 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream or whipped cream.

NOTE

1. can make use of strawberry syrup,strawberry ice cream or lychee syrup,ice cream.
