coffee and walnut mousse

INGREDIENTS

  1. thick milk(full cream milk)-1 1/2 cup
  2. sugar-1/2 cup
  3. nescafe coffee powder-2 tblsp
  4. dark cooking chocolate-100gms or cocoa powder-2 tblsp
  5. walnuts or cashew nuts-100 gms
  6. whipped cream-1 cup(200ml)
  7. gelatin-1 tblsp

METHOD

  1. double boil gelatin in 1/2 cup water
  2. heat milk add coffee powder(mixed in milk ) and 1/2 cup sugar,add gelatin boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. mix cocoa powder(or melted chocolate) in warm milk ,add to the above ,cook for a while
  4. add whipped cream slowly and fold well.
  5. add nuts and mix well
  6. transfer to a pudding mould and set it in fridge till well set
  7. take out again spread some more whipped cream and walnuts.
