coffee and walnut mousse
INGREDIENTS
- thick milk(full cream milk)-1 1/2 cup
- sugar-1/2 cup
- nescafe coffee powder-2 tblsp
- dark cooking chocolate-100gms or cocoa powder-2 tblsp
- walnuts or cashew nuts-100 gms
- whipped cream-1 cup(200ml)
- gelatin-1 tblsp
METHOD
- double boil gelatin in 1/2 cup water
- heat milk add coffee powder(mixed in milk ) and 1/2 cup sugar,add gelatin boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
- mix cocoa powder(or melted chocolate) in warm milk ,add to the above ,cook for a while
- add whipped cream slowly and fold well.
- add nuts and mix well
- transfer to a pudding mould and set it in fridge till well set
- take out again spread some more whipped cream and walnuts.
