coconut chocolates


  1. dessicated coconut-100gms
  2. milk maid
  3. dark chocolate or milk chocolate or both


  1. take 100 gms dessicated coconut,add sufficient milkmaid to make a stiff dough.
  2. divide into balls.
  3. keep aside for 1 hour or in fridge.
  4. dip in either dark chocolate melted or milk chocolate or both.
  5. either use mould or dip the balls in melted chocolate.
  6. place on a butter paper freeze for 10 minutes ,unmould,and wrap.
  7. place in air tight box.
