coconut chocolates
Ingredients
- dessicated coconut-100gms
- milk maid
- dark chocolate or milk chocolate or both
Method
- take 100 gms dessicated coconut,add sufficient milkmaid to make a stiff dough.
- divide into balls.
- keep aside for 1 hour or in fridge.
- dip in either dark chocolate melted or milk chocolate or both.
- either use mould or dip the balls in melted chocolate.
- place on a butter paper freeze for 10 minutes ,unmould,and wrap.
- place in air tight box.
