Coco Burfi
ingredients
- kadale hittu(besan)-1 cup
- milk powder-1 cup
- sugar-2 cup
- ghee- 1 cup
- coco powder-1 tblsp
method
- fry kadale hittu in a kadai adding 2 tsp of ghee
- mix kadale hittu along with milk powder and coco powder.
- keep sugar in a heavy bottomed kadai with 1/4 cup of water
- stirr till sugar is dissolved,add kadale hittu mixture to this
- add ghee,and keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick
- pour on a greased tray
- cool for a while and cut into pieces when it is still warm
