Coco Burfi


  1. kadale hittu(besan)-1 cup
  2. milk powder-1 cup
  3. sugar-2 cup
  4. ghee- 1 cup
  5. coco powder-1 tblsp


  1. fry kadale hittu in a kadai adding 2 tsp of ghee
  2. mix kadale hittu along with milk powder and coco powder.
  3. keep sugar in a heavy bottomed kadai with 1/4 cup of water
  1. stirr till sugar is dissolved,add kadale hittu mixture to this
  2. add ghee,and keep stirring till the mixture becomes thick
  3. pour on a greased tray
  4. cool for a while and cut into pieces when it is still warm
