Chutney

ingredients

  1. coconut-1 cup
  2. kadale belle(channa dhal)-2 tsp
  3. uddina belle(urad dhal)-1 tsp
  4. red or green chilles-7 to 8
  5. hing-1 pinch
  6. curry leaves-1 handfull
  7. tamarind-1 lemon size
  8. salt to taste

seasoning

  1. oil-2 tsp
  2. sasivae-1 tsp
  3. menthya-1/2 tsp
  4. hing

method

  1. heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai ,add kadale belle,uddina belle,chille,hing,curry leaves,tamarind,coconut fry well cool it
  2. add salt ,grind it coarsely
  3. add the seasoning

note

you can do the same chutney adding 1 handfull fried herae kayi sippeor herae kayi itself
