Chutney
ingredients
- coconut-1 cup
- kadale belle(channa dhal)-2 tsp
- uddina belle(urad dhal)-1 tsp
- red or green chilles-7 to 8
- hing-1 pinch
- curry leaves-1 handfull
- tamarind-1 lemon size
- salt to taste
seasoning
- oil-2 tsp
- sasivae-1 tsp
- menthya-1/2 tsp
- hing
method
- heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai ,add kadale belle,uddina belle,chille,hing,curry leaves,tamarind,coconut fry well cool it
- add salt ,grind it coarsely
- add the seasoning

you can do the same chutney adding 1 handfull fried herae kayi sippeor herae kayi itself
