chocolate mousse
INGREDIENTS
- cocoa powder-1 tblsp
- milk-1/4 cup
- milk maid-200gms
- gelatine-2 tblsp
- mixed nuts
- chocolate essence or vanilla essence-1 tsp
METHOD
- cook cocoa powder in milk till it thickens.
- double boil gelatin in 1/2 cup water.cool ,add cocoa milk
- add milk maid ,essence,beat well
- transfer to a pudding mould,freeze it for 1 hour
- decorate with nuts
- transfer to fride
- also pipe it with fresh whipped cream using "icing gun" or pour some cream
