chocolate mousse


  1. cocoa powder-1 tblsp
  2. milk-1/4 cup
  3. milk maid-200gms
  4. gelatine-2 tblsp
  5. mixed nuts
  6. chocolate essence or vanilla essence-1 tsp


  1. cook cocoa powder in milk till it thickens.
  2. double boil gelatin in 1/2 cup ,add cocoa milk
  3. add milk maid ,essence,beat well
  4. transfer to a pudding mould,freeze it for 1 hour
  5. decorate with nuts
  6. transfer to fride
  7. also pipe it with fresh whipped cream using "icing gun" or pour some cream
