Chocolate

Ingredients

1. sugar-1 cup
2. water-1/3 cup
3. milk powder-1 cup
4. cocoa powder-4 tblsps
5. white butter-1 tblsp
6. assorted nuts-a little

Method

1. sieve milk powder and cocoa powder together .
2. heat sugar and water together in a heavy bottomed vessel stirring constantly till it melts.
3. boil the syrup to 1 thread consistency.
4. remove from fire and quickly sprinkle sieved milk powder ,cocoa along with butter ,and stir till everything blends together.add nuts and blend well .
5. pour on greased tray and cut into pieces when it is still warm.

note

1. while cutting apply little oil to the knife.
