Choco Shells


  1. round marie biscuits-1 packet
  2. instant coffee powder-1 tsp
  3. powdered sugar-1 tsp
  4. maida- 2 tsps
  5. water- little

For Icing

  1. cocoa powder-1 tblsps
  2. icing sugar-4 tblsps
  3. vanaspathi ghee(do not melt)-2 tblsps


  1. mix together coffee powder,maida,sugar and water.thoroully till no lumps formed .the solutoin should be little watery.
  2. dip each bisuits in this solution and place one above the other on a butter paper or plastic sheet.
  3. make the icing by mixing the icing sugar,cocoa powder ,ghee thoroully till it is smooth and soft in a cup.


  1. spread the icing over the biscuits with a blunt knife,till biscuits are fully covered.
  2. keep it in the freezer for 10 minutes or till set.
  3. make lines over the icing with the knife.
  4. cut into rounds or discs and serve
