- lemon-2
- salt to taste
- haldi-1/2 tsp
- green chilles-6 to 7
- oil 2 -tblsp
- fresh grated coconut-2 tblsp
- curry leaves -few
- corriander leaves-few
optional-capsicum, green peas-1/4 cup,soppu sigae soppu
seasoning
- sasivae-1tsp
- jeerigae-1tsp
- kadale belle-1 tblsp
- uddina belle-2tblsp
- ground nut-2 tblsp
- hing-pinch
method
- cook rice in a pressure cooker
- cool in a broad basin
- heat oil in a kadai, fry the seasonings ,add green chilles
- add curry leaves also
- pour over rice,add salt add haldi, mix well
- add lemon juice,coconut grated, corriander leaves
- mix well
