Chigali Oondae
ingredients
- nylon yellu(til seeds) or black yellu-1 cup
- powdered jaggery-1 cup
- kobbari powder-1/2 cup
- ellakki powder-(cardamom powder) - a little.
- ghee-1 tblsp
method
- dry roast til till golden brown.
- powder along with,jaggery,kobbari,add ellakki powder and ghee.
- mix well and shape into balls
